In this session, you’ll be able to identify where you hold stress in your body, how to gently release difficult feelings and how you can calm and reset your nervous system without being energetically hijacked by symptoms of fight, flight or freeze.
You’ll experience somatic self-soothing techniques combined with tapping specific acupressure points without the need for words or needing to retell your story that often get in the way of experiencing profound peace and transformative healing on a cellular level.
Experience breathwork, somatic self-soothing, visualizations, clearings and relaxing Reiki infused sound healing therapy, along with a guided meditation that you can listen to after the session, whenever you feel ungrounded, dysregulated or find yourself emotionally triggered by stress, pain, anxiety, panic attacks or overwhelm.
