Refund policy

Refund Policy: No refunds for digital recordings, zoom programs or private sessions but exchanges for a different product or service of equal value is allowable within 48 hours.

Booking Terms and Conditions: All bookings are made in advance and are in high demand. Once confirmed, bookings and payments are final and non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session date/time; after this window, rescheduling, cancellations, or refund requests are not accepted. All sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of booking.
