F.A.S.T. — First Aid for Stress & Trauma
Safe · Simple · Effective
Greetings Dear Friend
Almost everyone I know is experiencing some form of stress, anxiety or trauma every time we doom scroll on social media or live stream atrocities playing out all over the world.
In my 20 years as a Reiki Master & Hypnotherapy practitioner, I've seen that although talking and venting about the unthinkable may help temporarily, it can also trigger old pain and unhealed wounds — and it doesn't always provide immediate stress relief. It's like understanding the pain but not feeling better, and avoiding our feelings and bodily sensations until we become frozen or numb.
As a Certified Trauma Tapper, my clients, colleagues and I have experienced that tapping on certain points on the body is always calming, grounding, and a simple way — taking only a few minutes — to stay safe in the present without digging up difficult memories or re-telling “our story.”
The good news is that after a tapping session, you may experience sensations like being cocooned in a safety net, held by Divine Mother, or whispers from Spirit that everything will be okay (even if you don't fully believe it yet). And when the session is over, the best part is that you get to discover and awaken your peaceful heart.
We all need some support, a shoulder to cry on, or simply to be witnessed. So I'm honored to invite you to join me from the comfort of home for a safe, intimate, welcoming and judgment-free space to rest, repair, and process stressful thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Whether you're holding tension and heavy energy that doesn't belong to you, or carrying ancestral trauma that doesn't serve you… trauma is not something that happens to you — it's what didn't happen for you, and it's not your fault.
This is an invitation to stop over-thinking, over-doing, and just feel safe and held in the home of your own brilliant body — and let go.
